Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-11-06. The short version: we don't collect personal data from children or parents.
Who we are
Clockwood is made by Ingenuity Labs LLC. Questions: clockwood@ingenuitylabs.net.
Children
Clockwood is designed for children aged 5–9. We do not ask for names, emails, photos, locations or any other personal information, and children cannot create accounts or chat. There are no ads and no third-party advertising or tracking code in the game.
What stays on the device
Game progress (scores, which times have been practiced, prizes collected and settings) is stored only on the device, in the browser's local storage. Clearing site data removes it.
Website analytics
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and anonymous events (for example, “a worksheet was printed”). It uses no cookies and does not identify or track individual visitors across sites.
Speech
Times are read aloud from recordings that ship with the game. Nothing is ever recorded from the microphone.
The iPhone app
The app stores progress, prizes, time played, settings and any times a parent types only on the device. Deleting the app deletes them. It has no accounts, ads or analytics. Subscriptions are handled by Apple, and RevenueCat confirms them using an anonymous ID. We never see payment details.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes we'll update the date above. Parents can email clockwood@ingenuitylabs.net with any question.
